This Paleo harissa lamb meatball recipe is a Mediterranean take on the classic meatball and tomato sauce.  Harissa can be found at some grocery stores.  It is a spicy red pepper sauce and a must in this recipe!  I like Mina harissa.  Pair is with a simple salad for greens, herbs, roasted red peppers, toasted pecans, and vinaigrette for a complete Paleo meal.

I like to serve this recipe alongside a salad containing herb salad mix, roasted red peppers, toasted pecans, and simple vinaigrette.
