Paleo Turkey Hash Recipe -


This Paleo Turkey Hash Recipe was inspired by a breakfast I had in Manchester, Vermont.  Combine ground turkey, peppers, onions, and potatoes for a well rounded breakfast.  Top with fried or poached egg for extra protein (and extra deliciousness).

Chop onion and peppers

Saute until cooked through

Add ground turkey and continue cooking

Add roasted potatoes to pan

Paleo Turkey Hash Recipe


1 lb Red Potatoes, chopped

1 Yellow Onion, chopped

1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped

1 Jalepano, minced and seeded

1 lb Ground Turkey

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.  Place potatoes on baking sheet.  Sprinkle with 2 T olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.  Roast for about 35 minutes, until cooked through.
  2. While potatoes are roasting, heat 2 T olive oil in frying pan over medium heat.  Add onion and peppers.  Saute for about 8 minutes, until onion is translucent and pepper is cooked through.
  3. Add ground turkey and saute for about 10 minutes, until turkey is browned and cooked.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add roasted potatoes to pan.  Saute for 2 minutes.  Adjust seasoning and enjoy!  Top with fried or poached egg if desired.
